I realize it's been almost a week since Zeldafest, but I never really got to explain how awesome it was. I had a really great time and was very thankful so many people showed up. It reminded me of the first EBfest I ever went to, except I was the annoying expert telling everyone what to do. I'm really excited for next year, because now everybody that showed up knows how to play the game, and how to get through a large part of the puzzles. Next year's Zeldafest will definitely see everyone playing the game for a lot longer, without me getting in the way. It's a great experience watching other people enjoy something you've enjoyed for a long time. It felt almost like playing the game for the first time. I noticed different things, I could laugh at some of the hilarious stuff (like the great fairies) and I could just see and enjoy the game from a different viewpoint than the player. Thanks everyone for coming, and next time be even better. Start thinking which game you want to play next. |
